Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour will incur a 50% charge of the deposit.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the deposit.

For private tours, deposits are fully refundable if the cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance.

Guests are kindly requested to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time at each location to ensure a smooth experience.
